10 years of fixing warranty of all kinds of wood structure.
15 years of warranty on the foam.
Design, fabric, and color will not be changed after two days of booking.
40% advance amount and the remaining balance has to be paid on the day of delivery.
Delivery amount depends on location.
Booked order must be collected within 15 days of the delivery date after that the order will be canceled. In this case, 40% amount will be deducted from the total amount.
No warranty on hardware items such as locks, handles, sofa buttons, and studs.
No amount is refundable on orders that are customized by the Clients. We only provide after service in case of any issues in the future to customized orders. The after service charges including material cost will be taken from the customers.
The fabric used is imported and has no warranty as per industrial standards. If the client wishes to provide us with the fabric of his/her choice, we will reduce the fabric amount from the price.

*THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE APPLIED ON EVERY INVOICE SENT TO CUSTOMERS EITHER VIA ONLINE CHANNELS OR IN WRITTEN AT EXPERIENCE CENTER AND SERVE AS A GENERAL NOTICE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS.
